The HiLo Bloomer does its name justice, giving swagger and swing when you walk. It can be worn in 3 different ways: full-length, tied folded to a billowing bloomer or tied scrunched up at the sides.  All Hi-Lo's are made using 100% pre-shrunk linen that is woven especially for us so they can be machine-washed and dried without the fear of shrinkage.
